Load ifc model
- Tools will appear when IFC model is loaded!
The following table describes the most important actions to be able to navigate and extract information from the IFC model

| Orbit/Rotate | Hold left click + move mouse | Click and hold the left mouse button and drag the mouse. This spins the building or orbits your camera around a pivot point. |
| Zoom | Scroll mouse wheel | Scroll your mouse wheel forward and backward. Note that the zoom direction is based on the mouse position in the model. |
| Drag | Hold right click + move mouse | Hold the right mouse button and drag. This slides the model left, right, up, or down. |
| Isolate elements | Dedicated tool on the right side of the model. | Dedicated tool on the right hand side of the model window. You can select the category to isolate. |
| Hide elements | Dedicated tool on the right side of the model. | Dedicated tool on the right hand side of the model window. You can select the category to hide. |
| Adjust grid height | Adjust field above model. | Dedicated tool on the right hand side of the model window. You can toggle the grid visibility and adjust the height. |
| Extract property information | Click on model element | Click on any element of the model and extract the respective property values listed below the model in a dedicated table. |
| Check compatibility | Use dedicated tool on the right side of the model. | Use the dedicated tool on the right hand side of the model to check whether the model is compatible with the connected tools of the SmarterEPC Hub. |

| Grid height | Update slider | Set the slider to adjust the height of the grid. |
The tools connected to the SmarterEPC Hub have several requirements for the IFC inputs.
This icon indicates that the test has succeeded.
This icon indicates the the test has failed without any error during the check.
This icon indicates that the test failed due to an error while checking the requirement. An example can be that the check for Unitary systems had an error because the IFC scheme version was below IFC4 in which no Unitary system are available by design.
