Download a basic IFC file compatible with the connected tools and continue enriching the data in the SmarterEPC Hub.

As shown in the GIF above the following steps are followed:

1. User downloads basic IFC file from the 'Utilities' section of the Hub.
2. User goes to 'My building data' on the left side bar of the Hub.
3. User clicks on the 'view building details' icon of the building.
4. User clicks on the 'Add data' button.
5. User clicks on the 'Upload data from IFC (.ifc)' button.
6. User selects downloaded IFC file.
7. User clicks on the 'view more' icon of the data record added.
8. User can now continue enriching the data.

The user can upload an IFC file and interact with the model. When clicking on the model a table below shows the properties of the selected element.

If elements are hard to find, the user can use the 'Tools' section to hide or isolate elements temporarily. Then the user can find the elements and read the respective properties. The 'Reset visibility' button will restore the initial state of the uploaded model.

Finally, the user can check whether the IFC file is compatible with SmarterEPC connected tools. You can do this by uploading the IFC file and clicking on the 'Check compatibility' button on the right hand side.
